Kim Frazier is an abstract, impressionistic painter, working in acrylic with mixed media. Although she currently works in interior design, specializing in color consultations and creating customized paintings to enhance her clients’ space, she has been involved in art throughout her entire career.
Growing up in New York City, she was accepted to Art & Design and the Fashion Institute of Technology, pursuing her passion for all things art and never stopping her hobby of drawing and painting.
After following a friend to her current residence in Seattle, her career took a more commercial path. She began as a display manager for two major department stores, moved on to Design manager for a paint company, and has most recently served as Corporate Art Coordinator for Nordstrom for two decades.
As a full-service interior designer, her most recent paintings have been more personalized, commissioned work; her most recent pieces are the most personal and thoughtful in her career.
