Saturday, April 8, from 4–7pm, Tsuga Fine Art invites you to a free opening-night reception for the "flash" show Protest Art, followed by a Resistance poetry reading from 7–8:30PM. Combining protest, creativity, humor, anger, angst and unction, these courageous Protest Art artists invite us all to be a part of history, get involved and take part in our Democracy. The evening features light refreshments, thought-provoking art and good company. All are welcome.
Tsuga hosts the show from April 8 – 15; it then moves to Cascadia Community College, Saturday, April 15th – May 1, with an Opening Ceremony Tuesday, April 18, 4 – 6PM. The last stop for the exhibition is the American Art Gallery in Tacoma, where it will be on view for the month of July.

You are invited to meet the artists at the reception and talk with them about their inspiration and techniques.
