Local artist, game developer and traveler Jessie Boyer Amate works digitally to create images of the people and places she encounters.
A transplant from the South, Jessie now calls the PNW home. She is a professional in the Video Game industry and an avid photographer, traveler and painter. Her sketches and paintings depict the scenery of her many voyages around the world, with current pieces focused on the west coast. For Tsuga's February pop-up, she's selected a framed set of nine small-format prints that depict "small windows" into a variety of local scenery, from Deception Pass, the North Cascades and the Peninsula. You can follow her artistic adventures on Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/jessieboyeramate/
Tsuga is happy to offer a wide selection of Jessie's unframed art as well; visit us to see what's new at the gallery!
