Oil Painting for Adults, with Abigail Drapkin

Tsuga Fine Art & Framing is very excited to host Abigail Drapkin! Drapkin has taught with the University of Washington and Gage Academy of Art; she is expanding her offerings to teach with Tsuga as well, and we couldn't be happier!

In this course, you expand your technical skills and ideas for self-expression in oil painting. One-on-one instruction and in-depth demos make this the ideal course for both the complete beginner and those looking for guidance to take their work to the next level. Subject matter includes still life set-ups in class, master's studies and options for interpretive painting using photographic references.

Local teaching artist Abigail Drapkin is originally from Midcoast Maine. She received her MFA in Painting + Drawing from the University of Washington in 2019 and her BA in Studio Art and French from Brandeis University in 2012.
